That’s what wasn’t so good was – it was very helpful to have the referrals; it was very helpful to know about the different resources because I didn’t know about them, where I live. What I had wanted, which is what I had thought I would get, was more of a holistic, kind, compassioned, gentle conversation with my primary midwife. And that that would’ve included discussion about emotional wellbeing. And it’s not to say that it was omitted, but the… the… always the primary focus was the medical.
Interviewer: Right.
The medical, the medical. Which is their job, I get that, but I had thought that that would be like, as I said, more holistic, that there would’ve been more, which is why I went to a midwife.
